Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Familiarity with local government operations (preferred but not required).
